Introduction

In this article, we will be discussing a practical strategy for financial markets. This strategy works in all markets like crypto, forex, or stocks and you can also use it in all time frames from one minute to one week.

The Indicators

The first indicator we will be using is the UTBot Alerts. It is a buy and sell indicator that shows us the exact price we should enter a trade. However, using this indicator in its default settings is not a good idea because it gives out too many fake signals. Hence, we will show you some special settings that eliminate almost all of the false signals.

The special settings we will be using are to set the key value to 4 and the ATR period to 300 in the inputs tab. Next, we will disable the sell option in the style section. Now, we are only getting buy signals.

For the sell signals, we will add a second UTBot Alerts indicator to our chart and apply some adjustments to this indicator. We will set the key value to 6 and the ATR period to 1 in the inputs tab. We will disable the buy option in the style section.

The Trend Finder

To get rid of the against and momentum signals, we will be adding the Linear Regression Candles indicator to our chart. The chart will change to look like this and the candlesticks get smoother. We need to disable the main candlestick from up here and change the signal smoothing option from 11 to 200.

Trade Entry Condition

We should enter a Buy trade when a Buy Signal has been given by UTBot alerts and the catalytic is above the moving average 200 line. For sell trades, we just need a sell signal from UTBot Alerts and the price should be below the moving average 200 line to confirm the signal.

Trade Exit

For exiting the trade, we will use the moving average 200 line. We will set our stop loss below the previous swing low and adjust our TP to a 1 over 1.5 risk reward ratio.

Performance

With only three trades, we could gain 225% profit which is a truly big profit.
