Eligibility for Refund

  • Our refund policy is applicable if you are unable to pass the Challenge Account Phase 1 and 2. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
  • You have bought the Challenge Account and we attempted Phase 1 and 2 and we were unsuccessful.


Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please follow these steps:
  1. Fill out the refund request form with the required information.
  2. Provide the Challenge Account number.
  3. Submit the form by clicking the “Submit” button.
  4. Our team will review your request and documentation.
  5. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 2 business days.


Refund Confirmation

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will notify you via email.
  • The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
